Chugiak Dog Mushers Association and the Obedience Training Club of Chugiak
present a day of information, demonstrations, and vendors for the canine athlete
and family dog. Whether your dog shows, races, competes in agility or obedience,
or just catches the occasional Frisbee, this symposium is for you
. * Learn about behavior modification and experimental psychology from animal
trainer and researcher Kathy Sdao
* Create a disaster preparedness plan for your canine family;
* Learn what makes a good dog food, what ingredients to look for, and what your
dog needs based on his/her activity level;
* Improve your skills at identifying muscle and skeleton problems with your dog;
* Learn about the benefits of acupuncture, chiropractic treatments, and physical
therapy for your dog; and
* Visit with vendors offering a wide variety of products and services all
relating to your dog.
Any proceeds from this event will be donated to Alaskan canine charities.
